Lucent Avaya replacement handset for the Partner and Magix phones, such as the 6, 18, 18D and 34D Euro-Style phones.  These handsets are black in color.  If your Lucent Avaya Partner or Magix phone has been experiencing problems transmitting your voice or that of the other person on the line you may need to replace your handset.  This handset is fully compatible with every Lucent Avaya Partner and Magix series phones, including the 6, 18, 18D, and 34D Euro-Style phones.  To check to make sure you have a compatible phone look at the label for the programmable buttons and at the top of it it should say, the type is also mentioned on the bottom of the phone though you may need to remove the stand first.
