Mitel replacement handset for the Superset 4000 and Mitel 5000 IP series phones.  These handsets are the Dark Gray color.  If your Mitel Superset 4000 or 5000 IP phone has been experiencing problems transmitting your voice or that of the other person on the line you may need to replace your handset to restore full functionality.  Please note this handset does NOT fit with 5200 or 5300 series of Mitel IP phones, this handset is designed to be fully compatible with the Mitel Superset 4000 and 5000 IP phones.
