Nortel replacement handset for the Meridian series phones for 2xxx through 9xxx.  These Nortel handsets are the black in color.  If your Nortel Meridian phone has been experiencing problems transmitting your voice or that of the other person on the line you may need to replace your handset.  This handset is fully compatible with every Nortel Meridian phone of the 2xxx, 5xxx, 7xxx, 8xxx, and 9xxx series.  To check to make sure you have a compatible phone pick up your Nortel phone and look at the bottom label for the phones' designation.
