This is Wall Mount Clip for Toshiba phones of the DKT2000, DKT3000, DKT3200, and EKT6500 series phones, it will also work with the Teleco UST1000 phones.  It fits into a small socket along the bottom of the top part of the handset cradle on the Toshiba phone, directly below the hookswitch.  On the back half of the wall mount clip there are two prongs, those will fit into that socket on the Toshiba phone.
