Samsung replacement handset for the DCS series phones.  These handsets are Charcoal in color.  If your Samsung DCS phone has been experiencing problems transmitting your voice or that of the other person on the line you may need to replace the handset to restore full functionality.  This handset is fully compatible with every Samsung DCS phone such as the DCS 7 Button, 12 Button, 12 Button with LCD display, 24 Button and 24 Button with LCD display phones.  Please note however these are not compatible with the Falcon iDCS phones nor the Prostar 816 phones.
