Toshiba replacement handset for the DKT3000, DKT3200, and IPT2000 series phones.  These handsets are the Toshiba Charcoal color.  If your Toshiba DKT3000, DKT3200, or IPT2000 phone has been experiencing problems transmitting your voice or that of the other person on the line you may need to replace your handset to restore full functionality.  This handset is fully compatible with every Toshiba DKT3000, DKT3200, or IPT2000 phone.  To check to make sure you have a compatible phone pick up the phone and look at the bottom label, there should be one in the upper right corner with the model name.
